Private group camping is available to PTSD Veterans and their families at our 5-acre campground Memorial Day through Labor Day and during deer, turkey, and bear hunts. A minimum of four Veterans, couples, or families is required to stay at the campground. Two to five-night stays are available.

Our 5-acre campground located on the south side of the property has 34 camping sites. Fourteen have electrical hook-up, and 20 are tent sites.

The campground features a communal 20×20 fire pit area that includes firewood, horseshoe pits, playground equipment, a volleyball net, and plenty of room to play kickball.

Campers can use the 10×12 lighted picnic shelter. Under the shelter are a picnic table, electricity for roasters, a concrete grilling pad, and a charcoal grill.

A new campground restroom is being built. The women’s bathroom will have one wheelchair-accessible stall, one standard-size stall, and a sink. The men’s bathroom will have one wheelchair-accessible stall, a urinal, and a sink. One wheelchair-accessible shower will be available to men and women.

Four 12×20 one-bedroom cabins will be built. Each cabin will sleep five guests. The first floor has a living room, kitchen area, and bedroom with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Above the bedroom is a loft with a queen-size bed. Each cabin will have a cabinet, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Please see the cabin cabin blueprint.
