Along the four miles of trails are nine enclosed 8’x8’wheelchair accessible hunting shacks, ten ladder stands, and various food plots that bring in deer and turkey.
2021 ARCHERY HUNTS
Every fall, Camp Victory hosts four, four-day guided archery deer hunts for the following groups:
● Vietnam Veterans: October 20–23, 2021
● Purple Heart Recipients: October 27-30, 2021
● WI Combat Veterans: November 3-6, 2021
● Persian Gulf & Desert Storm Veterans: November 10-13, 2021
Each hunt begins on Wednesday at noon and runs through noon on Saturday. Ten veterans per group are allowed to hunt during each four-day hunt. A limited number of open spots are available. Please contact Al Lamovec for availability. Phone: 715-225-0154 or email campvictory@thehighground.us
Hunters need to purchase a WI Archery/Crossbow deer hunting license. Crossbows are available for hunters who need one. Please arrange before your hunt.
A $100 reservation fee is required, and scholarships are available. No additional fees are charged. All activities, food, lodging, and guides are included. Individuals must provide transportation to the camp or make arrangements.
